Autosonus warrants product against material defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. (A two year warranty is available for purchase.) We reserve the right to repair or replace any such defective unit at our sole discretion. Autosonus is not responsible for a defect as a result of misuse, improper installation, damage or mis-handling of the electronic components. We are not responsible for consequential damages of any kind.

For products are all shipped by the DHL, please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email. You can know where your package is by visiting the DHL website and place the tracking number in the tracking search field.

Sure. When your customer places an order from your online store, you can send the order to us. Then we will prepare and ship the order directly to your customer.

Please check the tracking number that was e-mailed to you. If you cannot find your shipment, please email us at contact@autosonus.com with the order details and we will look into it immediately.

At Autosonus, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of item(s). You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount minus shipping fees of the original purchase price. The refund takes 3-5 days to process. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Autosonus reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

How to return or exchange an item:

-In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
-To request an RMA, click here.
-You must fill out an RMA form to return an item.
-Once you have obtained an RMA, you will have two weeks to send it in to us. (We must receive it within two weeks from when the RMA was issued.)
-Place the original package into a shipping carton.
-All original items including all accessories which came with product must be included in package.
-Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
-The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
-Ship via DHL service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
-Any products which have been installed is considered used and cannot be returned.
-Any cut or damaged cable will void the warranty.
-Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your country and chosen mode of shipment. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking information shortly after placing your order.
